Custom steering wheels for the BMW X3
The F25 X3 was built from 2010 to 2017. On an M Sport X3 the three-spoke M Sport wheel is the part you touch most, and on a car this practical it is also the part that wears first.

Which wheel does the builder show?
The X3 F25 uses its own version of the F-series M Sport wheel. It can also wear the M wheel trim, and both fit every F25 X3. The builder shows both, and every option can be previewed on either.
SUV wheels get gripped hard when parking and towing, so the sides wear first. Perforated leather or Alcantara sides give extra grip and last well.
What you can change on your X3 wheel
- Shape: the OEM shape, a sport grip, a clean or an aggressive flat bottom, or a clean or an aggressive square shape.
- Top and bottom: leather, carbon fibre, forged carbon, piano black or wood: Burled Walnut, Fineline Brown, Poplar Wood.
- Sides: smooth nappa, perforated leather or Alcantara.
- Trim: the centre trim in Alcantara, carbon, forged carbon or piano black.
- Airbag cover: wrapped in leather or Alcantara.
- 12 o'clock stripe: M tricolour, yellow, white, red, orange or black.
- Functions: the wheel's electronics and paddle shifters, heating and lane assist vibration.

Before you order
We build your wheel on a genuine BMW core, refurbished in our workshop, or on a new aftermarket core, whichever you choose. You can also send us your own wheel. The buttons on BMW wheels vary with each car's options, so after you order we confirm your car's layout with you before we start.
Remove the airbag unit before sending your wheel and keep it at home; we never ship airbag units. When the wheel comes back, have the airbag refitted by a qualified mechanic.
X3 steering wheel questions
Can I have heating in the new wheel?
Yes. Heating is an option in the builder, for a wheel we source as well as for your own.
Can I choose Fineline wood on my X3?
Yes. The X3 can have Burled Walnut, Fineline Brown or Poplar Wood.
How long does it take?
Most builds take one to two weeks in our workshop. We email you photos of the finished wheel to approve, then it ships to you anywhere in the world.
