Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing RS Auto Parts. We specialize in sourcing and delivering rare, high-quality used parts for vintage Mercedes-Benz chassis worldwide.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Larger or heavy items (such as engines, transmissions, or body panels) may require additional time for custom crating and secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
2. International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally from Tirana, Albania. Our goal is to get your vintage components to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware of the following:
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or brokerage fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Customs Delays: RS Auto Parts provides all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoices and HS Codes) to ensure a smooth transition. However, we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the destination country’s customs department or postal services.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
4. Large & Heavy Items
For oversized items that cannot be shipped via standard couriers, we will contact you to arrange specialized freight shipping. Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for large delivery vehicles.
5. Damage During Transit
We take extreme care in packing 30- to 40-year-old parts to ensure they survive international transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the part immediately and contact us at auto.rs.parts@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or because the buyer refused to pay local customs duties/taxes, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
