Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Because we specialize in vintage, used components, the item must not have been disassembled, tampered with, or modified. Any security markings or seals applied by us must remain intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and Issues (Fitment & Condition)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Because these are 30- to 40-year-old parts, minor cosmetic wear is expected. However, if the item is functionally defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong part entirely, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to safety or technical risks:
- Electrical Components: Due to the high risk of electrical shorts during DIY installation, ECUs, relays, and sensors are non-returnable once installed or connected.
- Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for items containing residual flammable liquids (such as fuel pumps or lines) due to international shipping safety regulations.
- Custom Orders: Any parts specifically cut or pulled from a donor vehicle to your custom specifications cannot be returned.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received—undamaged and with all original security markings intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Due to the nature of used parts, we must verify that the returned part is the exact unit we originally shipped. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
