Custom steering wheels for the BMW 5 Series E39
The facelift E39 5 Series, built from 2001 to 2003, shares its three-spoke M Sport wheel with the E46 of the time. It is a big, comfortable saloon, and a fresh wheel is the part you notice on every drive.

Which wheel does the builder show?
The three-spoke M Sport wheel of the E46 era, which the 5 Series shares with the E46 3 Series. The builder shows it with every option for your car.
E39s are long-distance cars, and most wheels now show it: a shiny top, worn grips and stitching that has faded or come loose.
What you can change on your 5 Series wheel
- Shape: the OEM shape, a clean or a sporty flat bottom, or a square shape.
- Top and bottom: leather, carbon fibre, forged carbon, piano black or wood: Walnut, Vavona.

We rebuild the wheel you send us, because this wheel is not one we can source.
Take the airbag out before posting your wheel and keep it safe at home, because airbag units cannot be shipped. A qualified mechanic should refit it when your wheel is back.

Can you supply the wheel?
Not this one. We build on your own wheel, so you send it to us and we return it rebuilt.
How long does it take?
Most builds take one to two weeks once your wheel is with us. We email you photos of the finished wheel to approve, then it ships back to you anywhere in the world.
